Kenwood AV Amp Fault
Can anyone assist with an intermittent fault I'm experiencing on my Kenwood AV amp. I've tried to find this company's web site or any technical info about their products and come back empty handed.
The problem is that the remote control intermittantly refuses to work, usually from cold and after the unit is on for half an hour it accepts the signal. Also it occasionally works first time in low light conditions. The problem is the same from the original remote and my allinone remote, so I don't suspect the handset itself, but the remote sensor in the amp instead. I'm assumig the sensor in the amp is duff, and would like to know how to get a replacement. Helpful suggestions would be most welcome. |
