32inch LCD
Hi
I'm looking for a 32inch lcd tv, there seem to be lots around on the internet for less than £300 e.g. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/229958 Is the above a good TV?? I'd be grateful for advice/ recomendations from anyone who is a bit more 'in the know' than me! Cheers |

My 28" FullHD 1080p 16:10 Hannspree is fine. I've had it a while now (about a year or 18months), and would be confident in choosing another one in the Hannspree range, should I need it.
No trouble, fine, fast, picture quality. Makes both a great TV and an even better computer monitor (via hdmi). |

Spec looks OK. Don't know about their TV's but bought a few of their monitors for clients and not had any problems.

Richer Sounds do very good deals on decent sets from decent manufacturers. However, it's late and if no-one else says what I want to say by the time I am online tomorrow night, I'll go into more detail. EDIT: as the guys above say, it may be a fine TV for quality, but if you're looking for reliability, which is what I consider most important, I'd look elsewhere. |

Hanspree is a well known second tier display company. At 32" quality doesn't matter that much by default, you just can't see much unless you try to use it as a computer monitor or something. Only then would it really matter.

I have the LG 32LH3000. Not got any problems with it. Though I'm not sure the tuner is the most sensitive device out there. Not a problem if you have a good strong signal but might be an issue if you don't. Or it could just be my Humax is particularly sensitive but it seems to work OK down to lower signals than the LG.
Apart from that issue however I would have no problems buying another LG. Though I think the 32LH3000 my have been superseded by now? Of the two Blu-Ray players I would lean towards the Sony. |
