Just a quick update on Question of Sport for non Twitterers. It appears to be on Monday, 18th July at 22.35 pm (up here in Scotland anyway) with a repeat on Friday, 22nd at 8.30 pm. Not often we get things first up here!

Also for anyone waiting on Live and Unjudged dates being released in next few weeks......................

One is already on sale in Scotland! Alhambra Theatre, Dunfermline on Saturday, 4th February 2012, hope to see some of you there! I have checked lots of other theatres to no avail so I think this one has just jumped the gun and released them early.

Looking forward to another Brendan filled year of Strictly followed closely by his tour.

I know I don't come on here but I would like to do a heads up notice about a competition that starts next Monday called Twists and Sequins

It works along the same lines as strictly. You are partnered with a strictly professional and allocated a dance to do. Basically all you need to do is pick an appropriate song. I.e picking A Town Called Malice for a quickstep will get you very good points from the judges (who do not include Alesha Dixon)- likewise to pick the locomotion for a foxtrot would have the opposite effect

The judges marks are purely a guidemark - it is purely down to the votes of the forum members who stays and who goes.

There is further information on the SCD board under DS Twists and Sequins Series 6.

Who knows - you may even get paired with Brendan

I joined the Twists & Sequins Series 6 Competition! Hope some of you will come over and vote for me. Hoping to get our man Brendan as my partner, will be announced tomorrow.

Brendan's website is under construction and will be re-launched in the next couple of days. Its time he up-dated his website and I am looking forward to seeing it when it comes.

New website is already up and running & has been since around 5.30pm. Not quite at full speed but he is working on it himself so will probably take some time. He told me it was coming a few weeks back and I am surprised it has appeared so quickly.

There is going to be a shop on there too! Just what I need, something else to spend my money on!

Anyone fancy helping me out and voting on the Twists & Sequins thread. I am dancing with our man Brendan and need all the help I can get to stay in the competition. I don't have many friends on DS as I haven't been a regular on here for a while.
