02 pay & go Problem

Anyone know why once in a while when I goto cheak how much money I got on my moble by using the show balance it says network problem. Never had this before just started last weekend. Has anyone else on 02 Pay & go have this Problem once in a while.

Is it just after a call? If it is then usually it does that because it's loading up the 'you have used 0 mins of the qualifying calls..' well thats what i have experienced anyway, if it's not that then maybe it could be the signal, have you checked the signal level?

Signals usally 3 or 4 bars out of the 5. Sometimes its after a call or after I send a text or if I have just turned my mobile on as I usally charge it while im in bed.
