Frosty Jack for me tonight! Would of preferred something nicer, but the times are what they are.

Mixed with diluting juice I love it. £3.79 for 3L is fantastic.

Too much though and it's the hangover from hell.

Amen to that, too many times I have thought.. just one more glass, its only a bit of cider. My drunken self isnt always happy with just one more if Im not tired and there is a movie or tv show to watch. Yet another example of my brain not being on my side!

Yeah I like a couple of glasses of wine on a Friday or Saturday night but like you I could take it or leave it. Don't drink Sundays through to Fridays though.

It worries me that some people drink so much and don't think they have a problem
When I was 18, 19, 20, I'd drink most nights of the week. Fridays and Saturdays, I'd get absolutely shitfaced, have little or no sleep and still make it into work the next morning. Christ, I could never do it now, I'd be ill.

I save all my units for the weekend - usually i think they call it binge drinking? I'm convinced my liver can handle it! I've not had a severe hangover for ages coz i somehow got into the habit of drinking 2 pints water B4 bed
