Which TV?
I'm looking for a new TV to replace the old CRT in the lounge and need some assistance. It seems every shop I go into sends me round in circles, and every internet review site complicates rather than advises.
After a lot of searching it's a choice between the following: - Samsung: - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003DNSJ4...SIN=B003DNSJ4A LG: - http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-42LD690-4...3249756&sr=1-1 Any help would be fantastic. I did think about going down the LED route but came to the conclusion at the moment they are to expensive, especially if you want an outstanding one. |

Neither - the Sony KDL-40EX503 the probably the best panel in £650 range.
Use the code MYBRAVIA at Amazon will get you another 10% off making it £582 - if you don't buy it at this price I'll be forced to hunt you down ![]() (Hopefully Nigel will here soon to back me up )

Sorry to redirect you but for me personally I prefer a good quality plamsa (especially some of the higher end LG and some of the panasonic range) gives a more natural picture then LCD which I find too clinical.
