John never asks anything without a reason. That conversation wasn't about him doubting her attraction to him that was about him wanting to know how sexually experienced and confident she was. He did it in the Bathroom too when he asked her 'are you any good' and she replied 'no I'm like a sack of spuds'. John strikes me as a very old fashioned type of guy when it comes to the girl he loves.
I think he likes that for all her bravado it's actually quite obvious that she's fairly shy and innocent when it comes to a real sexual relationship with someone. She brings out all his protective, tender and manly feelings. There's no way someone like John would want a predatory female who tried to control him with sex, it's the last thing he'd want. It's yet another reason why they're perfect for each other.
Final is on the 10th. I know this as it's my birfday.

10.27 pm.....and I've just caught up with today's posts! A little bit quicker than last night, it has to be said!
I'm so grateful to you lovely people who post clips and photos, its brilliant.... and Rach, sorry to hear about your laptop problems, I did PM you a couple of ideas for clips I'd like to see, I'll mention them again here as someone might now where to find them:
1 When John James asks for Josie to come to the DR and they have to say three things they like about each other
2 The whole clip of John in the DR when he says their relationship is perfect.
You know, I wonder how much detail they actually remember of all their convos in the house - we get a chance to study them but I doubt they pay as much attention to it as we do, so I do wonder if they will be able to answer questions about what they did or didn't say -
I'd just like to ask them something a bit flippant like:
If they had to go back into a BB house (together, of course!), who would they like to be their housemates - and who might they want to avoid?
