To be honest I slept 12 hours solid last night and I dont have M.E. All those late nights with the supersonics must have caught up with you a bit as well.

Do you feel like it can all pile on top of you if you overdo it (without realising it) for a few weeks.

There probably a bit of that too, but even in health state I usually on sleep about 6-8 hours.
It's the fact that 'M.E sleep' is never a satisfied sleep you wake just as groggy and tired as before you went to sleep so there is no point in even sleeping in the first place.

I cant see it on the LF archive. according to the LF archive, the clip with the comparing heads in bed is on day 51 so was that the same day as he spoke to Andrew? i think maybe the chat with andrew has been left out of the lf archive for that day for some reason x

That's the worst. When it's been a few hours you can cope, but the long sleeps bring the bad headaches and feeling like you've been badly beaten up.
