If you message him or send him a friend request you should get a little box or something to type in before you do, just type that you are vald from the Appreciation Thread, thats all you need to do really

but look on the plus side, no more toothache, surely thats worth something in itself, toothache is evil.I had to have 4 teeth out last christmas, I was addicted to chuppa chups lolipops when I was a teenager (its emma buntons fault lol) and as I was always too scared to go to the dentists it kept getting put off, lead to me having 2 absyss (cant spell it lol but you know what i mean) i was in excrutiating pain and it lead to the point where I had to go before I overdosed on pain killers, it was that bad. My dentist put me through to a special place tho where they look after nervous patients, and they were so nice there and looked after me, and isnt happy gas fun lol.

I knew this was inevitable but kept putting it off so In one way I'm glad I've taken the plunge. No more dentists after this is sorted
