Not exactly sure what you mean. But have you tried iTunes Store>Account>Reset Warnings ?

It may mean that you have spent more than you had applied credit. I have noticed that iTunes are very slow to take payment. I bought two songs last week and they have still not yet applied the charge to my credit card. As people expect to be charged right away they may assume that any remaining credit can be spent.

Go into your account and look at purchase history - that will show what you have bought and what has not yet been charged for.
