I always did like this band. They have a new album out later this year. Who else likes No Doubt?

Liked their first two albums, thought Tragic Kingdom was alright, their 2004 cover of It's My Life was catchy, but not that excited about them to be honest.

and any Gwen Stefani solo stuff should be incinerated. Poor Gavin.

I like them too. I don't own any of their albums, but I think I'll buy one soon. My favourite song of theirs is Ex-Girlfriend.

I ordered their singles collection the other day. Been listening to it on spotify recently, there is not a bad song.

PMSL

Sorry, not aimed at you, her husband Gavin Rossdale's old band Bush had a song called X-Girlfriend, which I think was recorded in 1994.

I just wonder which song came first.

I can't find the full version (Bush) anywhere...I found a 40 second clip on youtube but that was it. I love No Doubt's "ex girlfriend"

Love no doubt. Another band i grew up listening to. I will never forget being little and mastering the remote control and seeing Don't speak on like every music channel. I never liked their studio albums. Tragic kingdom is one of the most overated albums ever but the songs they did throughout all 5 albums really rock. They were one of the first bands i liked that wasn't pop or r&b. I prayed for years for Gwen to go solo and was happy when she did.

I really like(d) Gwen's solo stuff. If anything it was her solo stuff that got me into listening to No Doubt (I was always aware of No Doubt and that she was a member, but I didn't really listen to them). Generally, I don't think Gwen's solo stuff was a huge hit with ND fans.

LAMB is one of my favourite albums. My favourite song is Rich girl which no word of lie, i used to have on repeat for hours and hours with the annoyance of the family. I need to replace it as it is in such a state. It was held prisoner in my stereo throughout 2005. Brilliant album. Her second was good but not as good.

Tragic Kingdom is a good album, Return to Saturn is ok but the unspeakable one after that is just tripe. Gwen solo is horrendous, the worst possible example of music.

The full Bush version is 40 seconds long, it's just a short song.

The lyrics are:

"You suffer, but why?" spoken in ND's trademark gutteral screaming voice!

Chris Evans had them on TFI Friday back in the 90's and they performed it live

MASSIVE No Doubt/Gwen Stefani fan!!!!!!! just love everything they've done since Tragic Kingdom expecially Rock Steady!!! just an exceptionally made album.

LAMB is also one of the greatest albums of the last decade by far! great sales, songs and production as well as much acclaim, and the follow up Sweet Escape is really great also!

cannot wait for their new material to arise a very unique band, and Gwen is one of my favourite female musicians behind Madonna,Bjork and Kate Bush and just ahead of Janelle Monae(new fave!),Britney and Xtina!
