Just out of interest has anyone here ever had HUMAX UK support reply to an e-mail?

I've sent them a mail regarding this issue http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1340020 and although I received a read reply I have no official reply

I reported my HDMI problem 2 weeks ago......still waiting.......

Yes, they sent me a s/w version. Took about 3 days I think.

I have reported a number of things to them by e-mail and they have never replied to any of them and when I talked to them they said they hadn't even received the mails.

I put trackers on my e-mails and I can see when they have read them and basically they had read the mails .. ....

I just don't trust them they are quite selective on what they answer I think
