The picture is multicolored/fuzzy, this only occurs on scart devices - component/AV is fine

I took the TV apart and the only thing that could be wrong is the connection board (although it looks fine) ?

The board model is: PD0492

Any suggestions, cant find any spares either!

There's a PCB inside one of the metal cans, it's a VERY, VERY common failure on Toshibas, and Toshiba were even extending the warranty on failures of that board.
