So as you may know Orange didn't apply the 16mb limit to customers roaming in the EU, cue massive phone bills which have been 'frozen', Orange sent a text a month ago saying "very sorry this has happened and we will apply credit ASAP".

Of course, this hasn't happened and today I got cut off because the bill that's supposed to be "frozen", they actually thought I just hadn't paid it for two months!

When am I getting the credit?

Radical thought, but why not phone Orange up and ask them?

Aha, I have done that, 4 times now, I keep on getting "within the next day or two", but clearly not!

Hence I was wondering if anyone else had had this issue, or indeed, maybe someone who works there might have an actual answer!
