I've seen whole threads on this subject (not Gavin in particular) on dance forums.

The problem is not necessarily the raunchy latin dances.

Evidently it is a problem in the ballroom where the man and woman dance very closely (especially tango). It is said to be particularly a problem if the woman is inexperienced in dancing, has longer legs than the man and does not stand correctly to one side. However I'm sure Gavin's partner, as an experienced dancer, will know the correct position to stand in. ,

Afraid I can't help there since I've never had to dance with anyone with that particular problem (my dance teacher is gay anyway). And my legs are on the shorter side
