A little bit of sympathy from Mr Daniels for the people who had actually died in a car crash would be nice ,rather than whinge about the delay .

Yes- but can one of us say we truely havent been annoyed by a car crash/suicide on the tracks at some point in our lives??
(I'm not some apologist for Paul, its just thats a rather candid admission of something we ALL do...

debbie should be able to help him out cos she was a professional dancer.
i've always loved paul & debbie - i grew up with them kind of on tv. he's very inoffensive but i admit he never knows when to shut up - typical bloke really

You keep it very quiet though and pretend you are not .A little subtlety is called for in a public blog I think ,.

I agree with you, a great choice for SCD, and it will be very interesting to see the effect Debbie's input will have on Paul, I'm sure she will help him immensely as they are a lovely couple and very close.
I wonder if Ann thinks that "there is something of the smart arse about him". Words to that effect "did" for poor old Michael Howard.
