Just wanted to post this by stardust92 from the 'Gav's personality' thread because it is just brilliant!
I'm so happy they made it to the semis and have become more popular now. I supported them from week 1 and so nice to see more people getting his sense of humour.

John is my hero anyway, but this had me chuckle

John's reply to someone taking his musings a bit too serious

Just wondering how you came to that conclusion, when their routine consisted of 40 seconds of dancing QS together?
I just wrote a review of a dancing show that contained a homicidal, moonwalking hamster - and that's what bothers you?
Lol

I know the day is still young, but this has to be the post of the day.
From the 'Is Pamela going to be this year's Lisa Snowdon' thread, and in a response to
Alli-F replied (post #12)

Awww, shucks, thank you!

That is brilliant. JohnfromWales is saluted for that reply. I think that might be my post of the series.

This snipped quote

I particularly dislike the tone of the new thread that has the word "a**se" in it, and will not stoop so low as to post a reply in it.
Got this reply...

It must be that (not dorabella)thread poster's favourite body part, especially since they choose to talking out of it.
The reply might not comply with T&C.s but is so funny that it is totally forgivable!

In a reply to a post about Pamelas comments about James being a healthy expression of sexuality (bit in bold)

I didn't have a massive problem with Pamela to be honest just found her irritating, but I wonder if people would think it was healthy expression of sexuality if it was Paul Daniels and Ola Jordan we were talking about it!

But as you say she did tone it down, perhaps she became aware that people were uncomfortable with it?
