Yeah but he never told her the reason for splitting up with her, so his ex is still unaware that they broke up because he cheated, i guess he didn't want to break her heart cause he thought she would blame herself.
This is what his ex (2 year relationship ex) had to say about him, remember she said this in july.

The BB star,s ex-girlfriend exclusively reveals all about the real John james.
John James is the clear hottie of this years Big Brother. But after he has moaned to the other housemates about his lack of success with women, we decided it was time to find the only girl who has ever mattered to him - his ex, Jess Wilson.
John James 24 and 22 year old Jess met in a Melbourne shopping mall five years ago and they soon became inseparable.
Jess revealed: "We were working in two separate surf shops. We got on so well and it was always so easy. He made me laugh a lot. If I was having a sulk he would impersonate me and I would laugh and forget all about it."
Despite his rugged exterior, it seems John James is a true softy at heart and he showered Jess with gifts. She said: 2He would pick out jewellery and clothes for me and they were great - he has good taste!"
Jess also said John James told her he loved her "all the time". So why did he tell fellow housemate Josie that he had never been in love?
"Maybe now he thinks it was just puppy love" Jess said.
Although they were together for more than two years, John James and Jess eventually drifted apart and broke up.
She explained: "We started rowing about petty things and he said he thought we should have a break. I would talk about moving out of the home and gaining independence but John James never wanted to do that. He was happy living with his parents.
"Initially, I was heartbroken. I had ditched all my friends for him and he was telling me he didnt want me."
Jess said John was also very certain on what he thought about relationships. " He said if you didnt see a future you shouldnt be in a relationships. We talked about marriage and he said he didnt want kids" she added.
But despite being hit on by girls,Jessinsists he remained loyal: "he had plenty of opportunity to be unfaithful but he wasnt".
Jess also confirmed that John James has a special bond with his mum Helena and mother and son have grown closer since his dad died in a accident at work.
Jess said "He feels he needs to look after her now his dad is gone. He spoke about buying a house but said it needs to be within a few streets of his mum."
As well as being a mummys boy, he is in touch with his feminine side.
And although John James is often at the centre of most arguments in the house, Jess insists they never had any big rows when they were together.
" He is coming across as argumentative but i think its just that environment.
He is being himself. He is loyal to his friends and drops everything to be there to help them - and he expects the same" she told us, but added: "He likes to come out on top in any argument and is use to getting his own way, though."
Jess however, dosent think that John James and Josie,s simmering relationship will come to anything.
"Hes flirting but I think Josie thinks theres more to it than there is," Jess told us.
"I have seen John James act like that with my friends, I dont think theres any romance on his part."
His ex is also adamant that if he did have the hots or strong feelings for a girl in the house he would definitely act on it. She said "Hes not shy, he wouldnt think twice about being on TV."
Jess also believes that the big brother experience wont change John James. "He will just come home as if nothing has happened." she said: "He may travel a bit but the show wont change him."
