A little help with voip
stateoftheunion

Hi,

I have a customer who is on isdn2. There are 2 numbers. The customer is moving to a new office and they where hoping not to install ISDN2 again. Also BT can not transfer the numbers to the new exchange.

The first number is the main number that goes to a divert to a mobile and the second number is used to recieve faxes.

I wanted to know if there is a voip service that could port the main number to them and then divert to an orange mobile. Is it possible that this is done by the company and not on a voip phone.

As the second number is a fax line is this possible to port and then have the faxes send to an email address.

Many thanks for reading and any help that is offered.

With Sipgate it should be possible to port your BT number(s).

You can set a divert to a mobile but you will then you will be charged for the divert.

All setup can be done on line with a PC no VoIP phone needed, though a softphone is available.

Can't help with the fax question.
