I didn't expect much of him and he's an unlikeable sort. Not a hint of personality.

It's sooo good to be back in these threads

I like him (he played for my favourite Rugby team)!!

He didn't look like he had too much rhythmn, but you never know! They must be absolutely petrified doing that first number.

If he can let his personality out, he might surprise us - I'm certainly not ruling him out yet

Nerves will get the better of him - he looked absolutely terrified tonight

Absolutely not, he looked like a rabbit in car headlights, painfully shy, out of his comfort zone and looked like he wished he was not there, poor lad

He looks terrible. No rythmn.

He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but in that studio. He looked wooden in the dance . I'm afraid he might be even worse then Joe Calzaghe. He seems way too self absorbed and from that brief extract not very likeable.

Gavin Henson probably looked THE most uncomfortable out of all the celebrities on there this evening. Unless he gets past that sharpish then he's doomed. Popularity wise he's probably fighting an uphill battle too.

My money is on Goldie. I watched the baton twirling lot last year (whatever it was called) and he was really good. He will give it his all.

There is no allegedly about this it's true. He is very unpleasant when he is drunk. There was also the incident on the train when he & a few of his mates got themselves arrested by police when the train pulled into Cardiff.

From tonight's showing he is of the Calzaghe standard in dancing & have a feeling he ain't gonna apppeal personality wise so predict an early exit for him.

I don't think he will. I couldnt' say why, but so far the winners had to be fairly good dancers and had to have some sparkle. I can't see it with him at the moment. I'm happy to be proven wrong.

I don't like Gavin at all so I can't see him lasting that long at all. He also looked like he didn't even want to be there so good luck with him. My money is on Felicity Kendal, I think she and Vincent are going to be dynamite together, I also think that Michelle and Tina are going to do very well but if the public don't like you this year you are doomed.

I thought Tina seemed to lack rhythm which is a shame as that canīt really be taught and she is a little sparkler She kept missing the beat which suprised me

Cant see it myself.

Henson is notorious for being incredibly vain. And I am guessing he will find the whole thing hideously embarassing and this will come across.

Charlotte Church is quite popular in the UK and Im sure this wont help him either.

Unless he's a secret Ramprakash, Id give him 3 weeks max!

Sorry!

I agree, and he didn't even want to speak, or even link arms with Katya to walk up the stairs. Think they could be out week 1!

I think he might find it very hard.

And his dancing might not be up to much either.

Sorry.

Neither Henson now nor Calzaghe then had the character to win.
At least Calzaghe got the girl - Gavin's lost his and I don't see romance on the dance floor.

Absolutely right , not allegedly at all. Well known in the clubs of towns other than Cardiff too.

The arrest was for disorderly conduct but he was never prosecuted due to lack of evidence .
