RIP my dear sweet Sweep

Almost 23 when he passed

He is 22 in this pic!
He was gorgeous. Helen, the tripod of Evilnness is 16 now and I thought that was old. My kids don;t remember a time when she wasn;t around - but she's sleeping a lot more these days. So we're trying to prepare ourselves for the inevitable.

Love Sweep's markings. He was a beauty.

These are my three boys. Charlie is the ginger tabby, he is 13, Nico is black and white and is 9 and Archie is my baby, he is 1 and a half. As you can see, he loves sleeping in my daughters room!

My baby. Had him from a kitten when he could fit in the palm of my hand. He's almost 13 now and I love him more every day.

All these lovely cats..I miss my 2 girls who both died at the end of April....BUT good news 2 black boys coming to us at the end of July...I can't wait...Will put some pics up as soon as I can, going to visit them on Friday so shall try and take a few snaps then but they are only 3 weeks old and mum is still (as she should be) wary of anyone touching her kittens.

I have no new photos to offer, but I didn't really know where else to put this.

I may have just reunited a lost cat with it's owner. They weren't entirely sure whether it was their cat from the photograph that I had (couldn't see the cat's face), but their cat has been missing for roughly 6 weeks, which is when this particular cat showed up at a local golf club. He's been there ever since.

I hope it is their cat, it would make my day to know that I've helped to get him home especially as a few cats have gone missing in the area. I left them the number of the golf course.

I hope it's their cat too mimicole. My Lucy has gone off on her wanders again, I think she's going to turn out like my old cat Tabitha. I like my cats to stay close to home.

Just posting a couple of photos of my 2 new cats, Millie and Lucy.

Thankfully, I haven't had any bird visitors recently. Bernard has never been a hunter and Tabitha hadn't killed anything for about 3-4 years before she died so I was able to feed birds. Also, neither Tabitha nor Bernard were small enough or athletic enough to get into the bird table.

Both cats like to sleep together. That's the spare room but they also sleep like that across my bed at night (with Bernard at my side). Sometimes, I can't move.

She came back but has gone back out again, little madam. She's mastered the cat flap - which is what I wanted - but it has its disadvantages.

Thanks (and wildpumpkin)

Marella, I love those photos of Lucy in the bird table. I don't think her disguise is going to work though.

And hope the cat at the golf course is those people's.

Angel and Zebedee frome the "adopting another cat thread". Zebedee's collar lasted about two days before he managed to escape from it!

Zebedee is totally black and semi-longhaired. He is usually covered in twigs, cobwebs and seeds from the garden. Fortunately he likes being brushed.

Angel is short haired and mostly black with a white bib, tummy and paws.

Sue, your cats are beautiful and Angel looks quite relaxed and at home

My Millie has been trying to extricate herself from her collar since I put it on weeks ago. Unfortunately she needs to wear the magnet to access the cat flap and I have a fear she'll be locked outside one day. She's already a nervy cat so I hope that doesn't happen.

I love this thread, so many cute kittys!

Baby Lola.

Cat in a bag!

Some more of Lola demonstrating Extreme Sleeping. Apologies for low lighting.

Zzzzzzz!

It cracks me up how she sleeps with her arms outstretched.

And again...
