Babysitting my friend's little cat over Christmas and new year. It's an absolute pleasure to have him, he's soooo cute!

Just like our little Eric! Great pictures, black cats look terrific, i find it hard to believe that they are so difficult to home.

That's why we ended up with three. They couldn't sell Amy, so, being a soft touch, I said, we'll have her if you still can't sell her by next week, and she's lovely, with a great nature and never rips furniture or walls or anything, and is good with little kids.

I managed to capture a photograph of Bungle laying in the same way that her Mum, Winnie used to lay. I thought that it was quite sweet so I thought that I'd share.

He'll be 3 at the end of June, we would have had 3 years on August 5th. He's such a lovely cat, I can't praise him enough

After being an indoor/outdoor cat, it has been a bit upsetting to get back from the cattery and find everything looks and smells different. We moved from the big smoke to a small country town. After 4 days, I thought my little Grumps should have a sniff outside.

Considering this is the first time she has ever worn a harness, she coped remarkably well. To be honest, she just spent most of the time rolling around on the floor!

As far as I know it is set to public.

I hasten to add, she has since refused to go out, so I will wait until another sunny day and try again.

Another cat lover joining the thread here. We've got two: a 13 year old long haired tortie with a stunning personality and a long haired domestic tabby and white who we rescued from a main street in January 2013. We think she's around two years old.

We're mad about both of them and they have us trained to pander to their every whim.

We have a short-haired tortie with a nervy, fiery personality and a short-haired grey tabby who is so laid-back, I'm surprised she gets to her feet. Both gorgeous - and litter-mates of 19 years old

This little darling baby girl kitten was in desperate need of a home, my pal's colleague rescued her but couldn't keep her, she (the colleague) said a guy that had the kitten originally (I assume maybe his cat had given birth to her) was about to THROW HER OUT because he didn't want her

Anyway, after several failed attempts to find the kitten a loving home, my niece has now taken the little beauty home to live at my mum's house!

So, here is the little sweetheart, my niece named her CHLOE: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...psmaacy6mq.jpg

We have experience of young cats but none of kittens, so I plan to be here often to ask you lot for your advice!
