1) Why are you typing in Title Case (capitalising the first letter of each word) - Is this the title to a book that you are writing?

2) It's just a suggestion, but a model number of your deck might be useful for those of us who don't possess mind reading skills BTW ION do make a couple of different decks (I haven't looked further than the product listings) and it would be both courteous and helpful.

3) Have you had a look at ION's home page and the rather useful and cunningly titled DOWNLOADS section (which is under the word SUPPORT, before bleating for help here? http://www.ionaudio.com/

Depending what Os you have got i think if you just plug it in the computer will install it as a audio device, then all you need is something like Audacity.

i know their records decks don't need any drivers for windows vista/7 as windows see them as a audio device

Phew this is hard going, would certainly have helped a bit stating that at the start, still we all enjoy a challenge here at Digital Spy and it helps us brush up on our mind reading skills, it's the main reason I joined up.

Clearly you need to download it on a computer that has internet connectivity and burn to disc or a memory stick. Maybe a friend's computer perhaps or the library?

I'm not sure what else we can suggest.

fair enough, I've certainly had similar experiences where you aren't sure if someone is for real and needing help or beyond help!
