Warning! Consolve
Just thought I'd warn people of a company called Consolve Ltd. They contact you via text or phone (they won't tell you there name unless you ask) trying to sell you a new contract phone.
I won't go into all the details, but they promise that if your not happy you can send the phone back for no charge to you (except the postage of your 2 tonne 3 mobile). I did this as I had poor or no reception on 3, everything was fine until I received my first bill from 3 (thats right, a bill) for £28.00. I contacted 3, who were very helpful and they told me I needed a de-activation code from the place that sold me the phone. Consolve told me I did not, they had cancelled the account and it would just take time. Yesterday, I received my second bill from 3. This time Consolve told me they were too busy to deal with me at the moment, and could I call back. Anyway, while I try to get through again I thought I'd just warn people of the trouble I've had with them. So that if you get a phone call, just check the name of the company. Just another quick question, if Consolve continue to withhold this code could I contact trading standards? |

Did you pay anything by credit card that you are still owed? if so they could help. I would write to them recorded post giving them 14 days to reply with the code, refund etc..plus your postage costs....this will also help your case with Trad Stad. Let us know how u get on.

I contacted trading standards, who wrote to Consolve themselves. I received the code 3 days later.
I must say although I couldn't get a signal with 3, I was very impressed with their customer services. Hopefully the bills will now stop. They never took any money out of my account as I contacted my bank and cancelled the Direct Debit. |

It's always a bit suspicious when a first-time poster uses their first post to big-up a company on a forum, I find...

Strange, as i did not big this company up, i just told you what happend and you went off and made your own mind up.
I do not care if the company made or lost custom, i only care about ME and nothing else and the deal was ok, or do you want me just to tell porkys.. |

you must agree though that it is strange that after a company has been slated a band new member pops up and defends them with there first post. If you are telling the truth I'm sure many other members will add there positive comments..until then I kniw I for one will take your comments with a pinch of salt.

As I have said, if you are on the level then sorry, but other members will soon show if consolve is a good company and in that event you will be vindicated.
why do you ask about Nildram? |

okay, just found the question a bit out of the blue, didnt mean to jump down your throat. I think if you look at this objectivily you will see we have a point in being suspect.
