The ones that I most remember are the mummies from "Pyramids of Mars", the sontaran helmet thingy from "The Sontaran Experiment", and most scary of all... when Sarah's face fell off in the "Android Invasion"! I'm sure I had nightmares after that one.

I also remember going to the Longleat Doctor Who exhibition and being really disappointed that Tom Baker wasn't there, only Louise Jameson in her Leela costume. If only I'd been a bit older to appreciate that!
