In disbelief I googled her age and that of my old local MP, Ann Widdecombe and was surprised to discover that Ms Kendall was a year older that Ann Widdecombe

Age ain't nothing but a number! (But I am surprised by that.)

That is a bit of a shocker.

I'm actually curious to know if any of the male pros are actually older than their celebs, given that even Tina who is only in her mid-20s is older than her 22 year old pro.

Brendan Cole is four years older than his celeb partner Michelle Williams

And I think Artem Chigvintsev is a year older than Kara

If you're going to make comments like that, tell us how old they are so we can be shocked as well :P Saves us googling them.

Haha, seriously though - Felicity looked LOVELY on tonight's show. I can sort of believe normally that she's around that age, but she looked much younger on the launch show. & She does look a lot younger than Ann.

I think she is 63 so Ann is 62.

Is Paul the eldest?? He is about 70 odd.

Anton du Beke is only about ten years younger than his celebrity, much as he'd like to think otherwise.

Just Googled Anton du Beke's details and found that he was born on 20 July 1966 which makes him 44 years old ie nearly 19 years younger than Ann Widdecombe who is 63 next month.

In all the fuss around Ann Widdecombe, a lot of people have ignored the fact that Pamela Stephenson is pushing 60 and looking fab on it.

It surprises me how hard it is in these times of recession, for the BBC to find a dozen or so people with naff all else to do for three months. Shows that the appeal of this programme for the many thousands of well known "resting" so called celebrities is fast waning.

I know he puts it about that he's in his forties; I just find it incredible that anyone could possibly believe it.

I thought I read somewhere that he was 50 something.

Hubbie found out her old man The Big Yin is 67 so that would make sense. God that makes me feel old I remember her on the telly in Not the Nine O Clock News.
