Thought Jared was useless, could cry at the thought that this is the standard of dancer that the BBC think should replace world champions. Robin and Artem were pretty good dancers but I found Robin quite cocky and offputting. So far Artem is my favourite.

I thought Robin was very theatrical in his dancing (not surprising given that he's spent however many years touring in a stage show) and I think his style will gel really well with Kristina's.

Artem I've always kind of liked, since seeing him on SYTYCD.

Didn't think much of Jared I'm afraid, but he may come across better when it comes to the actual show and he's not lost in a large group. His tumbling wasn't very good either!

Jared is my favourite. He's gorgeous and it's nice to have a pro dancer around my age.

I really liked them too. Great dancers and they seemed nice. Missing the pros who left as they were some of my favourites. But it's also good to see some new faces too.

& guys don't really do it for me in that way lol but.. I agree with all the comments about them being hot and I can see why most people think Artem is the hottest. I'd probably say Jared's more cutesy though lol! But all 3 are good looking guys.

My mate reckons Robin looks like Victor Krum from Harry Potter. That's all I can think about when I see him now

Artem was my favourite, I thought he was yummy.

I wasn't that impressed with Jared, I thought he looked weaker than the other dancers.

Loved Artem he was red hot and really stood out, should he ever need Deep Heat applying I volunteer for the job. Thought Robin was fab too, really going for it they'll both bring loads to the show, will happily be supporting then both.

Jared, well the jury's out... I posted last night that my first impression was that they'd taken on Anton's teenage son, he has the whiff of work experience about him, was a bit worried for Aliona during the lifts, time will tell, definately not the hunk I was expecting though, pah!

They look like they've been hit with the same ugly stick. And I resent the fact that they have more muscles than me.

I agree, I am not impressed with muscle bound men being brought in an attempt to sex up the show. I thought Jared struggled in all the dances. It is such a shame that excellent pro dancers like Matthew, Ian and Darren have been replaced. I found the choreography of the show professional dance poor, perhaps because they didn't want the show dancers to look better than the new pro's.

Quite like Artem and Robin,not keen on Jared at all.Think the show will really miss Matthew,Ian and Darren (I &D being wasted in the dance troupe)

Ditto to this! I expect there were some nerves last night so I put aside the thought that I'd have prefered Darren, Matt and Ian in that paso as I did enjoy Artem and Robin in it. I too really liked the Robin/ Christina partnership last night. Poor Jared would possibly have been better off with a different Latin dance (jive for preference, that's young and fun) or generally not dancing between Artem and Robin, who make him look even younger and smaller than he really is! Make him do a jive with Vincent and, er, (who's next smallest now that Darren has gone?) maybe James or Brendan and he might look slightly less like a teenager dancing with the adults. His tumbling didn't impress me either, but he and Tina make a cute couple so for now I'll put last night down to nerves and unfortunate physical comparisons.

Not impressed with any of them, not a patch on the dancers they replaced. :yawn:

Couldn't agree more. Jared looks about 12. Thought the pro dances all looked sloppy!!!

Love Robin and Artem, saw them both in the west end this summer with Brian Fortuna, speaking of, he's the only american boy i want to see. Jared looked a bit out of his depth.
Robin is also a lovely guy, spent a good ten minutes chatting to him and think he could be a good addition to the show x

I think Jared has been brought in specifically for the younger celebs and audience.....he is very young and probably very nervous last night but he and Tina make a cute couple (she looks a lot younger than she actually is) I think they will attract a lot of support.

Me likey, especially Artem, but not the child.

I like Artem the best at the moment- good looking and a good dancer.

Robin looks a bit erm thuggish i'm sure he will turn out to be lovely though. I did enjoy his dancing and i think he will go well with Kristina

Jared did look so young next to the other male pros and thought he was the weakest of the 3 on dancing. But he seems quite sweet and full of enthusiasm.

Artem stood out a mile for me. Beautiful dancer, and I liked his reserve. Not wild about Robin - her overdoes the dancing and is very flash. However, I think I'll reserve my judgement until I see them all teaching. That's the toughest test.

Jared is too young to hold any interest for me, but I am glad that the younger audience will have someone of their own age to relate to - why shouldn't they?

I will miss the elegant, funny and utterly charming Ian and pretty boy Matthew. Always loved watching them, but there's nothing wrong with a bit of change.

I thought the pro dances were pants frankly.

Yum to two of them, the American boy was a bit too babyish looking for my taste, but hey, two out of three, not bad

Well i was a fan of them all anyway (i started the original new boys thread) but as i was telling Lili the pics and videos i saw of Artem really didn't do him justice, after last night well he is HOT!!!
And i see there is a queue for him, i am not surprised
He and Kara make a very good looking couple, i really hope they do well as they're one of my favourite pairings.

I thought Jared looked abit nervous bless him, hopefully he'll be better next time we see him. He and Tina suit, another couple i hope will do well.

I thought Robin was great last night, can't wait to see how he and Patsy get on.
