I like that one, given some of the guests will be roasted over the BBQ....

I like The Tesshouse and Mount Tess!

Tess's Tunnel?

Tess's Tavern?

Sad person that I can be, I did think about this yesterday and I think the name should have something to do with the fact that there is now a balcony! Surely that is a health and safety risk for celebs on SCD after a round or two with the judges, so I was thinking along the lines of Tess's Balconette , Blurbling Balcony...?

How about The B&B (Banquette & Balcony) or Tess's B&B?

PS Tess' or Tess's!

PPS Of course B&B could really mean something MUCH ruder!

Gets my vote

The problem with most possibilities is that they don't have enough contempt for the intellectual vacuum that is Tess and her interviewing space.

I am also rooting for 'The Tosspot' as a variant on 'The Tesspit' , apparently one of Monkseals readers always misreads Tesspit for Tosspot anyway! Forget references to towers, the real reference is to Tess and her inane interviewing style.

Am I right in thinking Monkseal named the Tesspit? Maybe he should get first go at renaming its successor.

Am I right in thinking

Fumbling rigidly off the floor towards the stairs, Gavin Henson mutters to himself, inadvertently naming the efficiently erected edifice,

"Up the Tess".

I've suggested Tesspod seeing as it reminded me weirdly of one of those stupid pod things that were dotted around Parliament Green on the election week with all the medya inside interviewing each other by the end.

But it might be just the way my brain is working at the moment.

It may need two names as Tess may front the show on Sundays. If so, it could end up being the Winkle Room on Sundays.

Or Claudia's cavern (perhaps not)

What about the lair of the Winkle?

What was wrong with the room they previously had? The new place looks like a box on top of the stairs with no roof.

Mmm... Tess's What was wrong with the room they previously had? The new place looks like a box on top of the stairs with no roof doesn't really roll off the tongue...

I can only imagine it's there so someone can jump over the side of it and provide them with a front page headline. After all, you've got to have a lemming instinct to take part in Strictly Come Dancing.

Tess said you could get a bird's eye view from up there. So why not The Crows' Nest? No I don't mean Tess is the crow!!

Most RC dancers will be the crows!!
