Can anyone help me please?

I am 3 months out of contract and for the the past 2 months have been trying to leave BTV. I have called one number, to be told it is the wrong dept, I have spoken to several nice people in various locations throughout India, and I even got lucky and spoke to a guy in the UK!

Each person has said I could cancel, and have assured me they have processed the request.

Clearly they have not.

I need a name and address of the BTV chief person, as I feel a particularly snotty letter brewing.

Thanks if you can help.

The correct telephone number to call BT Vision is.....

0800 800 900.

And if you call during normal business hours, this will connect you to a UK call centre.

Hope this helps, and please let us know how you got on.

it's really not that difficult to close your account for what ever reasons you have. Even on the 150 number there is an option to stop your services

Suggest trying again

What BT Vision service do you currently have & what precisely did you ask BT to do - was it to cancel a package or was it to cease your vision account. If you simply asked for the package to cease then probably your vision account remains active. in which case Vision your box stays as a Freeview PVR and you can still watch video on demand on a Pay-per-view basis.
