I came to the conclusion a few years ago i have a bit of an obsessive personality. If I start a book I have to finish it (can't possibly read a bit here and a bit there), if I watch a TV programme i prefer to save a load up on Sky + and watch them all together, if i start a DVD box set i have to watch it to the exclusion of other things until its finished, if I decide i like a certain food I eat it until I am sick of it. I just go with it - it rarely gets in the way of real life, I admit to it, don't give a stuff what my friends and family say and eventually it wears itself out and i go onto something else.

And you would be surprised who watches BB - I work with all sorts of people from all spectrums and its surprising where you find a BB fan once you mention it.

OK either I have missed something, or I seem to have majorly offended you in my post

Firstly I'm not even going to bother to defend myself there, and secondly I apologise to anyone I have annoyed by asking for a quick update. Which ny the way many many other people do so all the time o here without even attempting to catch up!

Does anyone have any clips after the flood. I dont know why but for some reason I didnt see any of them in the task room and I dont know when they fell out. I just came into them not talking and it carried on from there. He knew at the end though how to bring her round he just ignored her and she ended up in the pool.

Re john (potted history)

1 - he fancied her at the beginning. he has never had a gf before who is a friend - he said early on that he keeps his mates and his gfs very much seperate emotionally and the mates are for fun and emotional connection, the gfs are for sex and booty calls (flor the want of better words)
2 - he became her friend so decided that was more important than anything else and decided he wouldn't "look at her like that" plus he had never had the gf as a friend before and didn't recognise what was going on.
3 - she told him she fancied him
4 - he panicked cos he didn't want to lose her friendship in the house and make things awkward. Couldn't see how he could make the step from friend to gf without losing the friend bit
5 - once he was assured she did really fancy him in the house he decided to allow himself to look at her like that and they came to an understanding about being in the house, although he never really committed fully cos of the fact it could have been about being in the house, and also he didn't want to make the first step into a relationship that involved a gf who was also a friend in front of the cameras - huge, massive, emotional risk for him and he wasn't going to do that publicly and end up looking daft.
6 - they both decided to wait for anything more until they came out of the house
7- some of the other hms didn't notice cos they were more concerned with themselves and what they could get from BB and they were also in denial cos they were scared it would take the limelight away from them

But whatever he said or didn't say - his actions spoke louder than words.
