Heineken beer does not taste better than other beers, but it is sold a great deal in countries outside the UK (where? are there any countries outside the UK? Heavens!) largely due to an excellent and imaginative publicity department.

Carlsberg also runs excellent ads for its beers, so they get drunkalot.
