Hi,

My son wanted to watch a TV series he had never seen before, so he watched it on Vision.

At the time, s1 and s2 were available. He watched s1 and loved it, so then started watching s2.

After watching the first 3 episodes of s2, when he went to watch ep4, s2 had disappeared off the EPG.

Can anyone tell me how I can find out when and if what he wants to continue watching will be available again on Vision.

I can't find anything on the BT website. Indeed, it is confusing.

ie What I want is something like - BT services page>broadband>vision>whats on tv/coming up on tv listings.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there , What program was it , because if it was a programme from American Broadcaster ABC . BT have noiw moved all there programs to ABC TV on Demand section (Channel on Demand section under TV) . Also if that does not help , press the blue button whilst in the EPG and type the programme in. It will then search BT's servers for the programme.

Hope this Helps

Alex.

Agree with previous post - press the blue button on the remote.

Also have a look at http://www.btvision.bt.com/on-demand/ where you will see everything, including the date when each item will be removed.

Thanks for the above guys, but it does'nt really help me.

My son was on the 'On Demand' section>TV>Find a programme>Sci-Fi.

S1 is still there, S2 is not.

I want to know if I can find out if S2 is coming back and if so when.

Oh, and thanks for the above link, but I can't see any Sci-Fi programmes listed, nor can I find them!

press TV guide, and guide pops up. press blue.

Enter the name of the program you were watching, and it'll find it on the right hand side. Hope this helps.

VOD programmes have a 'available until' date displayed, after that date the series/episodes are removed, all you can do is keep checking, the chances are it will be available again but no way of telling when...if you want to watch an entire season/series of a show you have to take the available until date into account when deciding what period you would need to watch all episodes, 1 per day, 3 per week or whatever, I watched a season of the Sopranos, but started when there was only about a week left until the expiry date, so ended up watching 2 episodes a day just to fit them in before they disappeared...

This is something I found very annoying with BT Vision as well. There never was a easy way of working out what was on, what was coming on. Yeah I sure there's plenty of info buried deep in the BT Vision website, but thats no use. Promotion & Marketing guys, we know you've got SP1 & SP2 now, tell us whats OD

I think if such information was easy to find, I would never have signed up. It's in BT's interest not to provide such information, it would put too many people off.
