James & Ola - paso doble in Blackpool Tower ballroom

Those who have been to the ballroom will enjoy seeing that backdrop again, where the public can dance regularly. The fixed camera was looking from the stage side where the organ normally sits. As you can see it is possible to buy cakes and drinks. Six quid to go into the Tower, I believe something like a fiver to go into the ballroom?. There are dress circle seats upstairs for those who do not sit round the 80 foot square (?) dance floor.

I do believe the paso rather suits both James and Ola . I enjoyed watching them. Not sure what year or the occasion for the dance. Hopefully someone can tell us.

And their samba: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08hJ2...eature=related

I'm not 100% sure but think that was either early last year or late 2008 when they did a dem at the Tower. Good paso, even though there were a couple of occasions when they were out of snyc with each other, but nice to see some basic paso moves included.

Thanks Kaycee. I think James has the figure and line for a matador. His macho instinct and Ola's flamboyance suit the paso so well. The spotlight made it hard to watch the moves.
