Re-watching the group dance...

It looks like a pretty hopeless year to be honest with you.

Patsy, Kara and Jimi are the only ones who seemed to have a sense of co-ordination...

Patsy? Not really! You really should go and watch again. And remember a dance involving 28 people on a dancefloor that big is always going to be hard. It was actually quite good considering and what about Pamela? I'm pretty sure most have some sense of coordination, we'll see anyway!

I agree; none of them really looked promising! Plenty of 'journeys' this year then

I have watched it many times now and imo they all looked ok except:

Peter,
Paul,
Ann &
Gavin.

I agree. I think all the ladies except Ann have potential. They dont have to become great dancers. just become as good as they can in the time, and they will earn my respect and admiration for that.
With Ann I will enjoy watching Anton coping, which may be like a tug manouvering an oil tanker.

The men are more af a mixed bunch. Gavin looks bad, but maybe has a mental block, and could be loosened up? The others will probably have fun rivalries. I expect Jimi and Matt to be the main contenders, but Goldie and Scott might be good too (just haven't seen that yet).

Goldie will be brilliant, the early weeks rely on the character and attitude of the partnerships. Goldie looks happy and comfortable with Kristina, a miracle considering the awful time he must have been having these last few weeks.

If Gav can get his head up, and be the cocky sod he is in real life (local boy so I can say it) when on the dancefloor, he will be ok.

Ann doesn't really need to be good does she, just be entertaining and have a laugh and she will do great.

Poor Erin though I can't feel too sorry for Ola as she won last year, but Erin really should have had a goodie this year IMHO.

Who's first out then? Not the worst couple that's for sure. Someone who commits the cardinal sin of being bland, and with no dance-off there are no second chances.

He looked like he wasn't trying, so i am hoping if he gets into it and starts trying he may actually get somewhere, just depends on how long that will take.
My take on him is (i can't say why he is doing it as i have no idea) but he probably thinks it isn't his kind of thing so is not bothering, but as we know from previous years alot of the celebs really get into it and love the experience, i'm just unsure if he'll turn out to be one of those or not.

I actually thought Pamela was very good for a first group dance.

TBF with all those people out there, there was hardly any room on the dance floor to move. The pros can handle it but the maybe celebs haven't got the confidence yet and need more space.

I like the bit where they shot their load everywhere. Of party string, I mean. "Like a lickle birfday party"
