On a lighter note ,I'm getting used to the single being called elephant ,even if it's just a rumour.

If she was not happy with the single why not just tell us it will be abit longer. when you ask her about it all she ever says is soon!

grr alex is really beginning to piss me off, most artists *UPDATE* there fans on the situation, alex just leaves her fans in the lerk - she doesn't inform us with everything, all she ever seems to do is right blogs about her bloody caravan concerts (I mean outdoor concerts).

Lol...If the single really is premiering tomorrow, then realistically she needs to be making some kind of announcement within the next 2/3 hours...

If nothing happens then, then there is almost zero chance of the single getting a proper premiere...

I hope that they haven't just planned to throw the single out on radio with no announcement at all...:sleep:

Alex is probably the best when it comes to updating us regularly....there's either a new strategy in place or she really doesn't know what's going on anymore...hence she's keeping quiet.

Just popping in from the LLAT to say, don't blame Alex. It's probably the label's doing. We have had similar situations with Leona and have read about how Kelly Clarkson has been messed about by RCA in the past. So, it wouldn't surprise me if Alex is the one being messed about.

Atleast Syco have/had several successful acts to their name. The only thing RCA have done is handle the UK releases of the bigger US artists and even then...they'd simply follow the template of their US counterpart.

Only positive thing about the move is Alex wouldn't have been a priority for Syco and when they lose interest...you'll end up like Shayne Ward

She's already signed to them in the US so it would make sense for her to go to them in the UK. They are far more successful at managing their acts...Just look what they've done for JLS...

RCA are not really that good, they totally messed up Diana Vickers despite her having a very good debut album with tons of single worthy material..

So far this era hasn't got off to a great start. Too many delays and confusion, not enough communication with the fans, and poor promotion...

Why didn't Alex jump on a few other singles as a featured artist? Would have kept her profile up, and possibly boosted sales of her own stuff...

well in February she said that single is coming very very soon....I think that you can wait at least one month more
