I am not saying its her fault in anyway, I'm saying she should just atleast post ONE TWEET.

I understand record labels mess artists around and RCA are known for messing artists around a lot, RCA don't really manage many 'non international' artists so basically all the work is done for them when it comes to releasing material in the UK, RCA basically screwed up Kelly Clarkson's career and they messed up the entire bionic era for XTina.

Singles get delayed all the time/same for albums and I completely understand that but if she can come on twitter to post 'happy birthday to b!' then surely she could have updated us with what is happening tommorow.

I'm just tired of waiting now but I hope the wait is worth it, I completely back Alexandra and wish her the best.

I just PRAY RCA manage Alex correctly, they are probaly on par with Syco when it comes to controlling someones career, she couldn't have picked a worse record label.

We don't know it isn't her - maybe she wasn't happy with the song and wants to make some final tweaks - tbh though, i cannot believe they are still making small changes, they have had absolutely ages - at this late stage that shouldn't be happening for a lead single.

I agree Alex doesn't have to tell people but i do think that she should if she has given out a date that has changed, as we see this with leona, if you shy away out of the limelight for ages and ages you do lose fans and she cannot afford to do that!

Notice how they've taken off all the Overcome branding and her profile picture is gone from her vevo account...they could be preparing to put up the new look for the new era...

I'm just not sure though...surely they wouldn't just throw the song out there like that, plus putting a HQ version on YouTube so soon would only hurt her sales...

I'd rather she delayed it and did a proper radio premiere imo...

As much as I'm dying to hear the single, I'm glad they've pushed it back. They couldn't have just premiered the single without any hype, it would've gone unnoticed. Now they have a week to start building the hype, releasing promo pics, a press release, some details about the single etc before the launch of the new era.

I reckon that means she will be going for a single release on 23 October - I think that is the week before pixie releases her single, who I think has an x factor slot so i suspect 1 week at no.1 tops. I really have given up now - RCA clearly arent happy with it, or are simply unprepared - either don't bode well for this era. I mean seriously this is shaping up to be like leona's echo - 1 single and then album, then nothing for months until the new year. I very much doubt we will get a second single this year, heck we may not even get a first!!!:mad
