Fibre Option Broadband?

BT are supposed to be rolling out fibre to the Mile End exchange by the end of this month - does anyone know if TalkTalk offer this in conjunction with TalkTalk+

I'm considering switching to BT Infinity £29.98 a month for phone and internet (assuming I don't actually make any phone calls) £31.98 for TV + Sky Sports. This is £8.51 more than I currently pay, for a supposedly much faster internet connection. Also as far as I can tell from the cryptic letter I was sent about changes to my billing I'm going to end up paying £9.46 a month more for TalkTalk+ as of next week anyway.

The old Tiscali+ service was a bargain, but it doesn't look that way anymore.
