With all this publicity about Katy Manning (Jo Grant) appearing in the SJ Adventures, I wonder how they will get on? PLUS is the Doctor there as well - Matt Smith - how will they react to him?
Anyhow I digress.... what I've thought since then is how would other companions react to each other. We've seen it all in the Multi-Doctors tales, and more recently the reactions of Sarah-Jane and Rose/Martha/ Donna etc...
I'd love to see how Jamie gets on with Ace!
How about Donna and Tegan in the same room?
What would Ben Jackson do with Peri
I think Victoria would have got on well with Nyssa.

The master has reformed, and is now "good", but we all know that cant be true, tee hee hee .......

I can imagine Tegan and Amy producing a bit of friction. And I can just imagine a perplexed Jamie trying to work out just why Captain Jack is winking at him in that strange way

Okay I've thought about this long and hard and I've come up with the following:

1. The First Doctor, Tegan,Donna and Captain Jack (just to see how he will deal with two headstrong girls and a..well Jack)
2. The Second Doctor, Amy and Grace ( a nice steadying influence I thought)
3. The Third Doctor, Ian and Harry (a bit of kickass action)
4. The Fourth Doctor, Victoria and Martha (Can imagine Four being driven to distraction by Victoria and Martha picking up the pieces)
5. The Fifth Doctor, Susan and Ben (Ben and Five will be good together, and I think Five will be a good father figure for Susan)
6. The Sixth Doctor, Jo and Ace (Just think this would be interesting)
7. The Seventh Doctor, Polly, Sarah Jane and Peri (I love Seven and think he deserves these three great girls)
8. The Eighth Doctor, Vicki and Dodo (The mellow team)
9. The Ninth Doctor, Zoe, Leela and Nyssa (All these girls know their stuff. Would be great to see them interact with Nine)
10. The Tenth Doctor, Barbara, Steven and Adric (Would just love to see how Ten deals with Adric and Barbara/Steven would be a great infuence on him)
11. The Eleventh Doctor, Jamie, Mel and Rose (just for the fireworks)

Re The above teams...
1) The Tardis doors somehow open in flight, sucking Jack (at least) into the Time Vortex...
2) Take 2 Doctors into the TARDIS...?
3) Enter Team TARDIS...? The Delgado Master might receive a "jolly good thrashing", metaphorically, if not physically, from this grouping...
4) It depends on what season, this grouping is set in...
5) Given Susan's apparent fascination with the 5th Doctor, in the 5 Doctors, I have the suspicion that this grouping might end up with the Doctor praying she falls in love with Ben, rather than him...(This could end up potentially quite farcical, IMO)
6) I agree with you here, though the thought of the 6th Doctor discovering a can of Nitro-9 in the fridge, is somewhat disturbing...
7) I can imagine the rows between Sarah-Jane Smith,& The Doctor, if the 7th Doctor decides to be manipulative for any reason... Certainly Ghost Light would end up this way, if she found out he was using Peri ,or Polly as "pawns"...

9) I have the sneaking suspicion, given that both the 9th Doctor & Nyssa are respectively "the last of their kinds", that some sort of romantic relationship (marriage ?) would spring up between them, as a result...
10) Agreed, though I suspect that Barbara would treat Adric as a "Unruly Schoolboy" & react accordingly...
11) I don't think so some how, as I can imagine a Mel/11 Doctor pairing, & a Jamie/Rose pairing forming up over time....

I do like that Ian-Liz combination. Very scientific. I'd like to see both of them return sometime. Although it would get awfully nerdy in the TARDIS if they were with Eleven!

1) The First Doctor, Nyssa & Steven (Three refugees travelling together, apparently fleeing disaster for various reasons. Given his apparent age. will the Doctor metaphorically regard Steven & Nyssa as the children that he never had...?)
2) The Second Doctor, Tegan & Jamie
(Reason, with minor re-working, The Faceless Ones becomes Tegan's intro story, rather than Logopolis or even Xeraphin, which later & with far less budget, became Time-Flight).
3) The Third Doctor, Martha & Turlough
(Turlough wants to get off Earth, a/k/a "This Miserable Rock" as he thinks of it, & if he can help The Doctor repair his travel machine, might even get a chance to do so...)
4) The Fourth Doctor, Rose & Adric
(The catch here, is that it's the 4th Doctor, circa season 14, rather than the 4th Doctor, circa Season 18, which means Adric might work better, while Rose acts as a substitute sister)
5) The Fifth Doctor, Mel & Leela
(The 5th Doctor might listen to Mel for a change, while Leela's glad to get off Gallifrey, if she originally left in The Invasion of Time...).
6) The 6th Doctor, Zoe & Donna
(What happens when 2 differing versions of the future merge...? According to Zoe's version her present time,(2020 ?) a e-newspaper, The Hourly Telepress, with The Karkus comic strip has been in existence for at least 20-30 years,
In Donna's present time of 2008, the concept does'nt even exist...) .
7) The 7th Doctor, Romana 2 & Ben...
(Would Romana be able to control the Doctor's manipulatiive,urges, or will she end up as a pawn in his metaphorical "Great Game"...?
If so, is Ben then regarded as a potentially "expendable asset"...?).
8) The 8th Doctor with no assistants (This event has only happened for 1 story. What happens if it carries on for longer & what happens to the Doctor's personality, as a result...?)
9) The 9th Doctor, Romana 1, & Susan...
(Gallifrey has fallen, but can the Doctor "save something from the ruins", so to speak...?)
10) The 10th Doctor, Jo Grant & Peri
(The Doctor has apparently been lumbered with 2 "Bimbettes", so to speak, or has he...?
Some lifeforms may regret finding out the answer to this question...).
11) The 11th Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith & Susan
(The Doctor returned for them...).
