Putting her huge anxiety issues aside what do you think of her voice? I think she definitely has the whole package.

She has the whole package. She says she can dance too she just needs to have more confidence!

I found her quite bland, to be honest.

She has a good voice, but she lacks confidence. You can tell she didnt give anything near her best but underneath it all she has a good voice. I really hope she can find something to get her through bootcamp/judges house. She's got it but I dont know if she believes in herself enough to perform to the best of her abilities. She looks very fragile.

As soon as I heard her I said Billie Holliday. Her voice is mesmerizing. If thats how she sings with no confidence, I can't wait to hear her sing with confidence!

Definitely my favourite so far; such a natural, soulful voice. Hope she can overcome her nerves a bit to see her blossom

Both aspects that you mention can be overcome with vocal training and practice. She has an unusual and pleasing timbre to her voice, something that you either have or you haven't. She has it and that's what the panel (as a whole) recognised.
