Can anyone help me out please?

My aunt has just bought the HDR-Fox2T and is finding it a bit difficult after being used to the 9200T.

She recorded two programmes tonight and is having trouble playing them back. I can't help her over the phone as I have no idea what she is doing.

She has pressed Media and then highlights the programme. When she presses OK she tells me it jumps back to something called a top folder but cannot play her programme.

What is she doing wrong?

I'm only guessing but I think maybe she needs to use the cursor as well as the OK button, tell her to try again this time press the cursor left, right, up or down and see if that does anything, hope that might help.

Sorted now thanks.

What she was describing was apparently not the recorded programme itself but a folder which contained those programmes. She had deleted the programme but the folder remained so when pressing play, nothing played.

Glad it's sorted , changing models with any sort of techno gadget after being with one for a while can take some getting used to, it's a pity that they don't all work to a more uniform way, it would save an awful lot of confusion, best wishes.

Thanks.

What I found odd is that after deleting the last programme the folder remains even though there is nothing in it.

With SkyHD stacks the stack is removed.
