She stikes me as a damn fine teacher, who gets the absolute best out of her students. She Australian so, by definition, ultra competative.

Why would you get flamed? So basically, anyone who puts any positive for Natalie in a thread, the thread should get booted into the appreciation attic?
To be fair, had this been 2009, you wouldn't have been out of place writing anything less positive about her on here.
I'm glad some people have changed their mind about her but don't see why anyone need worry about getting flamed if they don't. To each their own.
I've rather warmed to her this year, like her a lot and do like her dancing. Sadly cannot stand her celeb in any way shape or form.

Why should this thread be consigned to the Appreciation section/Attic?
The OP asked for others to express their opinion with regard to Natalie. It just so happens that most people have disagreed with the OP's rather negative and quite nasty comments.
On a personal level, I have refrained from commenting on many of the threads on this forum simply because of the nasty, melodramatic, sanctimonious responses that often follow up any type of positive comment, regardless of who, or what, it is about!
It is only natural that there will be differences of opinion - wouldn't it be a boring old world if we all agreed about everything. The challenge is in expressing these differences of opinion without becoming downright ugly about it!
For goodness sake, this is just a TV show! No one's life or livelihood rests on what happens here, with the possible exception of some of the pro dancers.

I'm too scared
I agree with you of course but I have learnt to keep certain opinions to myself, but just to prove I am not a complete baby my personal opinion is I don't warm to her. I'm not sure why but to me (IMHO) she lacks the likeability factor. It's nothing to do with her dancing prowess or teaching prowess which I am sure are fantastic but it's just a feeling I get. Instinct, something I cannot control.

I felt like that about her last year when she was partnered with Ricky but she has grown on me this year & I do like her partnership with Scott.
