What a great idea

Nikki is on her way home, I saw her off at the airport in Sydney this morning. She had a great stay and said 5 weeks is not enough she wants to come back in November for 6 weeks, this time seeing the Gold Coast and North Queensland. She will probably delay it again if she is doing panto.

She has also changed her twitter name to @nikki_grahame1. She wanted to drop her birth year off from her user name. I have also grabbed it so no one else can use it with a tweet pointing to her new name.

Nikki did meet up with Vesna BBAU5 and had a night out on the town. She said that Vesna was just lovely and had a lot to talk about as Vesna has met Nadia BB5UK when she came in as a special guest. Vesna messaged me saing she thinks Nikki is amazing and is going to get both her books. They will deffo link up again when Nikki comes back to in future.

Nikki also had a phone interview wit Now magazine about Natalie Cassidy. Might be out next tuesday edition or the week after.

Glad to hear she is on her way home (or maybe at home by this time!) and had a great time. Callous spotted she had changed her twitter name and posted it

Thanks I should be looking out more often, was in Cairns diving and I gave Nikki my liitle laptop to use while she was here, she told me yesterday when she was leaving and Iwas able to grab her old name with a tweet to her new one.

Nikki is in NOW this week, she has done an open letter to Natalie Cassidy, giving her concerns about her taking Adam back and talking about their friendship and what it means to her. When i get home tonight i will scan it and post it.

The description is the same as the first book, I think those sellers got lazy and just used the "Dying o be thin" one.

Amazon don't have one yet nor does John Blake Publishing have the book on their site. Nikki said it is an update of her life experience suffering anorexia since releasing the first book to present day.

I think we need to wait for the new description to come from John Blake Publishing which most likely will appear on Amazon first. Anyway will ask Nikki to do a blog in due course letting her get over her holiday and jetlag

I sent an email to John Blake asking if the current synopsis for Fragile indicates it is a re-write of Dying to be Thin or if is to be a completely new book.

I’m pleased to say I’ve received a reply.

Nikki’s publishers have told me … It isn’t actually a completely new book, it’s an update of the old one, in order for Nikki to be able to give the latest information about her life. There are a couple of new chapters, a completely new foreword, and there is a revised picture section, so there is a lot of new material as well

They also say they hope that helps …. it does as I'll be reading it as soon as it arrives. Hope to make it last a little longer than Dying to be Thin as I couldn't put that down and read it in a day.

Thanks Cressida, it will be different although still telling her story and covering Nikki's life since her 1st book.

I thought as much, pretty obvious that it is a revised version of Dying To Be Thin, with a couple of new chapters bringing it upto date though interesting to note there are actually less pages in the new version! Still good of them to reply and thanks for asking Cressida
