I've got the mag and will scan it when i get home tonight, havent read it yet but it is sad to hear she is struggling again, i would imagine the pressure of her birthday and book launch party wont be helping much either, hope once they are out the way she can sort herself out

Thanks barra, have put a story on the website about it. Will put another one in the mag section when you post the scans. Working on the book put a lot of pressure on her as she was even editing it on holiday in Australia.

Here are the scans as promised, it is so sad that she cant help herself, she does exercise far to much and combined with her calorie control habits its no wonder she cant put any weight on. Hope Beat can help her, glad she has someone to talk to

Thanks barra, she is looking thinner then when I saw her in Australia, her mum has moved to Dorset and that is obviously having a huge impact. Hope she resolves her issues with the dieting and exercises, she is getting help and I think once the book is published she can not worry so much.

It’s very gloomy to read Nikki is struggling again but thanks Barracute for posting the Heat article.

If only Nikki could take in the calories, throw out the exercise routine she maintains and just chill out. Hopefully Nikki will find an effective way to breakdown the barriers that are preventing her from achieving and maintaining a weight she’s aware is acceptable.

Yes its the Olympic Stadium, wanted Nikki looking over a London scene and thought since that was built on an area being renewed just like Nikki's book Dying to be Thin is renewed in Fragile.
