Yes, my previous boots had a hole in them, which wasn't doing much for my feet. The new one's are far better.

I also bought some socks, I wanted to get the colourful one's but they seem to be for women, so I got the black/gray one's. Is there any difference between women's socks and mens socks, if they are both the same size (size 9 to 12) ?

I placed two separate orders online at h&m in the space of 2 days 😳. It was free delivery as well!

Anyways, bought a parka, that was half price for £25,and another coat with leather panels for £17. Safe to say I'm set for at least this and next year in terms of coats!

Also ordered boring skinny jeans, a black jumper, scarf and some gloves.

Going to try my best not to shop anymore until the sales.

Any ideas on how to style this? Not sure whether I want to keep it or not!

Dorothy Perkins have a sale on so I bought two pairs of work trousers for £10 each and a couple of tops. I also bought a long sleeve spelling top from forever 21 (quite form flattering for the busty larger lady)

I got 2 pairs of jeans, a necklace and some shoes from the River Island sale (no pictures of any of them on the website).

I really wanted this dress from Topshop for NYE but I kept deliberating whether £40 was worth it or not when it's in the sale. If it's still there next time I'm in town I may buy it. Or I may spend another 15 minutes just stroking it and sighing like I did today (it's surprisingly really soft).

It looks quite versatile. I would team with leggings/jeggings/jeans trousers. For a dressier look, a longer skirt and boots and a snazzy scarf.

There is (which is silly!). Mens' sizes are bigger, so for example a mens' size 7 would be a womens' size 8.

Returned a Christmas gift to M&S and replaced it with a lovely Merino wool jumper.

I've been sales shopping over the weekend. Got an A-line midi skirt from New Look (which looks as well as sounds quite seventies, but I like it!) and a tartan-y mini skirt from there too. As well as some underwear and a blue jumper from Mantaray in Debenhams cause I'm loving knitwear at the moment.

First year I've ever bought things I actually liked in the sale and not just because I felt I should buy something in the sale!

I didn't go back for the Topshop dress. I got this instead. The picture looks dull but it is so sparkly and amazing in real life. http://www.warehouse.co.uk/glitter-n...uct/4563083290
