9300t Chase play

I am new to my humax box after the digifusion EPG issue.

I have several programs set on series link and all works fine(Touch wood) but if I am in I often choose to watch the recordings. If a program has adverts I may start watching late and skip the adverts.

My issue is that if I don't catch up with real time before the recording is due to end then the chase play is interupted and jumps to real time I then have to go and fine the recording and where i got to too finish watching the program.

Is this normal? Am i doing somthing wrong? Should i add it to the software requests thred?

My digifusion did not do this!

If you replay the actual recording from the media list you won't have this problem.

Chasing playback is chasing the actual recording not playback in the tiime slip buffer.

If you want to watch the channel being recorded in time-slip rather than playing back the recording from the playlist then simply be on the channel before the recording starts and stay on that channel. You can then time-slip whenever you want without being dumped to real time when the recording finishes.
