Hi guys. I've been a bit of a lurker the past few weeks so I decided it was about time I actually signed up for some Storm chat! Desperately need to share my story with like minded people.

I met the man last Friday at the Mary's Meals charity event here in Glasgow. Spent the whole night looking for him haha. Eventually I caught up with him and he signed my copy of Soulfillapopkilla and was really surprised that I had it. He kept asking where I'd got it and when and what my favourite songs were. We went out and sat in the bar where it was quieter and I told him I'd sent him a few messages on facebook. He remembered and got back up and hugged me and was like "omg you came" (as if I wouldn't).

He told me a bit about Beautiful Blue and Love is the Sun because I'd said they were my two favourites. He said those were his favourites too but he also liked U Saved Me. Then I was asking him if he was going back to America or staying here and he said he didn't really know where he would go if he went back to America because he's broke. I also asked him if he would be doing any shows in Scotland and he said he wanted to do Hogmanay either in Edinburgh or Glasgow. He said he thought Glasgow would be more fun. I was trying to convince him to come back to Glasgow.

Then he decided he wanted me to meet his family and we must have spent about half an hour walking about looking for them. He borrowed my phone in the end and got in touch with his brother and we met them outside. Their old neighbour was there too but I've forgotten his name. While we were waiting for them me and Storm were talking about music and films, and he was showing me the tattoo around his wrist. Anyway, the four of us left the place and ended up in some pub for a drink.

Best night ever actually. Got some good photos too. Such a nice guy. Even more obsessed now.

Aww Lorna your story mirrors mine. Have u read my experience of him in London? I mean basically i went to the studiosto e hi fom week 1, for some reason he just caught my imagination and i was totally and utterly hooked! He was lovely when i frst met him, asked my name and remembered it ever since!! He wasmore concerned that i was to cold, that i hadnt eaten anything, that i was waiting far too long! He nearly brokemy heart week 2 when hed performed, he came outside came to me, grabbed my hand and said what can i do to make them like me, i try so hard!! i nearly cried!!! lol. He was so sad on that sunday it was awful!! i met his brother a few times, andhuged him when he got thrugh week 1,and he was consoling me when he went out week 2! (oh dear) and said wed meet up at his first gig!!!

That fri was amazing, like you i spent some time in the pub with him, went for a meal with him, and he took us to the gig in the TM car, took us backstage, had champagne the works he is an awesome individual and i love him to bits (in a non romantic way haha)

Well, if he comes back and does something in Glasgow, maybe we can meet up and see him together? i love Glasgow and would travel up to meet him in a blink of an eye. As he called us obsesed crazies on Facebook,im going to prove i am one : :P

Yeah, I had to laugh when he called us that. So true.

Your story is amazing. I wish I could just pop round to the studios whenever I felt like it. He really is awesome, extremely warm and open when he doesn't have to be at all. He was worried about me going for a taxi home!

For sure we can meet up if he comes back. I'd probably go to Edinburgh and other places too. Can I friend you on facebook?

Just a word to any Storm fans, the man himself could do with a cheer up, so any messages you can post on facebook, his twitter just to let him know his supporters are still out there would be great. Get the feeling we may see him back in the UK soon xx

Thanks for uploading the videos Lisa. I watched a couple before work, watch the rest when I get home. I've sent storm a couple of messages recently but haven't heard back these times. As long as he's believing what I'm telling him. Imagine the number of messages he must get. Holy moly.

His facebook, and his fanpage have disappeared, i hope he is ok

Yeah I noticed that. Is his Twitter still there? I'm not on that.

yeah it is for now :s not sure what has happened. I could perhaps understand him deleting his facebook if it got too much, but not his fanpage :s

lol i know!!!!! i thought a copy of his album? or maybe to see him perform? oh god yeah i hope i am as well. or else im back out in the cold finals weekend for 35084334243 hours to see him at the studios!! lol

yeah if you had him as a friend before he will still be there, u dont have to add him again. The only change is that he's added his last name to the profile so back up and running

going on from analulyas previous message we are putting together a book of support for Storm. he has been wonderful to his fans, taking time for them everywhere, and giving away his music so we want to give something back. If you want to contribute however small or larger please sent it to storm_lee_fans@yahoo.com and we plan to give it to him finals weekend when hes next over
