Sony HDR/TV problem
I have a Sony SVR S500 linked to a Sony Bravia. When I am playing back recordings or just watching the TV through the hard drive, the TV screen keeps going blank for a few seconds. Very frustrating
. I don't have this problem watching the TV with the HDR switched off. However, I have changed the scart lead, fed the signal through a different port and also connected a different hard drive, all to no avail so I think the problem is in the TV.Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest what's causing it. Thanks. |

Sony going Blanketty blank
I have had exactly the same problem on three occasions. Its something to do with the synchronisation of your Sony devices and your TV. The only cure that works for me is to unplug all devices from the mains and leave for 10 seconds+ then reconnect and all is well! Well it works for my set-up - Tosh LCDTV, Sony 870 , Sony E300 and Humax Freesat.
If anyone knows a genuine fix I would like to have it? |
