All scheduled recordings lost

Hi. We have a 9300, which has been working ok for the last few months after we got to correct software level, so that it stopped freezing up and recordings have all started ok. However when we turned it on this afternoon, the scheduled recordings list was empty - we normally use the maximum series links plus a few extras so you can imagine how long it has taken to set them up again. This has happened before when we have reset to default after an upgrade, but today all we did was turn it on. Anyone else had this problem?

It has been reported before and appers to mainly affect the 9300. I don't recollect if anyone has suggested a fix.

No, I am a very mature vitamin B deficient lady, so it took considerably longer, especially with the kids chiming in with progs that aren't in the list but they would like to be - Gladiators - pah!

Thanks for your reply Martin. It didn't happen again this morning so fingers crossed that will be it for a while.
