Ah...the lovely 8th Doctor. I do hope we get to see him being the Doctor again at some point.

Bring Back PMcG I say...but can you imagine the extra furore back in 1996 if not ONLY had DW been disgustingly set in the US and then had the GALL to feature Americans, a snog, the Doctor being half-human AND a curiously helium-based set of Daleks...that we then found out The Doctor had A FATHER! I'm telling you: there would've been complaints...I mean, Fathers are evidence of sex and there is no place for sex in a family show

My second favourite Doctor. I just love him so much. The Eighth Doctor Aventures with him and Lucie are amongst my favourite Doctor Who series ever. I like his new assistant but I miss Lucie.

I listen to the radio series, so I know Charlie and Lucie (one of my favourite companions ever), but I assume you are talking about the audio plays? PS Just out of interest, who is your first favourite Doctor? |

Has he got a new assistant? Who is it?
However - and please don't read this if you've not heard the new Eighth Doctor audio "The Book of Kells" and don't want it ruined -

Lucie's brilliant. Sheridan was just fantastic.
She's called Tamsin Drew - she's played by Niky Wardley from "The Catherine Tate Show"! She's been in three adventures, so far. However - and please don't read this if you've not heard the new Eighth Doctor audio "The Book of Kells" and don't want it ruined -
Spoiler
Tamsin Drew rang a bell - I was thinking that she must have been in DW before - then I realised I was thinking of Tamara Drewe, the new film

Gosh: the spoiler made me chuckle!
The audition stuff on the new DVD is very intriguing. As I already have the three stories, I'll be waiting for it to appear in a sale. I'm very interested in Revisitations, because of all the new stuff attached. Cheers Cameron! |

Yup, his voice is purty special but what comes out of it in the audition is not.
He handles it very well though. Out of curiosity, is it the Napoloeon speech they've included?

I'm sure your "purty" comment means something...
