What would disappoint you if it turned out what the twist would be? Amy's death for me.

No "Return of the Ducks" would be a major disappointment for me.

What if they were silent ducks?

Amys death. Rorys death. Daleks. Cybermen. Maybe cool if the vilaain would be revealed to be River or another Doctor. But I would prefer the twist to be something we would never have guessed.

That's the trouble you see if you keep guessing one day you're gonna get it right.

Rory leaving.

That the staircase to Amy's loft is of any note.
Anybody is a fobwatched anyone.
Anybody dies (if they're coming back again. Unless it's Rory - in which case it's just tradition and therefore not a massive plot twist.)

But mainly...

That we're told the Doctor's name or what the one reason he'd disclose it is. SM likes the thought of it all being a big deal. I don't for some reason.

If it turned out the ducks were controlling the TARDIS after all.

See, I don't want to know the doctor's name, but I would like to know what the one time he would tell it to anyone would be.

That voice in the Tardis in TPO did sound a bit duck-like, now I come to think of it.

I really hope River is not the Rani. Or any other Time Lord. Fobwatched, obviously

I'd find that highly unexpected and in no way a disappointment. Ducks are shifty beggars.

Rory does something that means that Amy becomes some sort of temporal anomaly that the Doctor can't bring the TARDIS near.

Well, ok. Now that it has been set in train I suppose we should get it over with. It's just something I get all humourless about. Look. Here is a peevish rolleyes to show what I did when it was mentioned in the Library: . Then I saw SM talk about how he thought his name was a really big deal and I looked like this:

I think about the age of 7 I must have decided that his real name is not known to us but, aside from the odd gag, it's going to be left alone. It's hard wired now.

You're right! It's Scrooge McDuck. He hates everyone. Scottish agenda too.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'll be very disappointed if the "huge twist" cliffhanger affects the other episodes around it as, in my opinion, the "crack" tended to do in Series 5...if the other episodes are up to scratch in their own right then meh, as long as it makes sense and isn't just shock for shock's sake I don't really care what the twist is...

...oh, unless it's something as jaw-droppingly dreadful as rehashing "No Luke, I am your Father!" which worked like a dream in TESB but will have me throwing the Series 5 BoxSet through the TV screen for sure.
